About Us
Our history
We began as a response to the inconsistent standards that once dominated the landscaping and outdoor design industry. Our goal at Field & Grove was to raise the bar — providing expert guidance, thoughtful solutions, and professional care for every client’s outdoor space.
Over time, our reputation grew, and we at Field & Grove became known as a benchmark for quality and reliability in landscaping. Today, we continue to build on that legacy, delivering exceptional design, craftsmanship, and service in every project we take on.
Our methodology
What sets us apart is our people. Instead of outsourcing landscaping or construction work, we cultivate our own team of skilled professionals, providing an environment that fosters growth, learning, and expertise in creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
We believe in giving every team member a voice. Our crews are carefully assembled, with guidance from our resident psychologist, to ensure collaboration, engagement, and peak productivity — all while delivering exceptional landscaping results.
